The journey of Shyam Caterers & Event Management began in 1988 under the visionary leadership of Shri Arjanbhai Shingala, with a mission to deliver authentic taste, premium quality, and unmatched hospitality. The first milestone came in 1991 with the establishment of Shyam Dining Hall in Amreli, which quickly became a trusted name for traditional dining and celebrations. Building on this success, the second venture, Shyam Caterers – Amreli, was launched in 2000, marking the brand’s expansion into large-scale catering services.
In 2007, Krishna Dining Hall in Amreli further strengthened the company’s reputation as a pioneer in the catering and hospitality industry. With growing demand and trust, Shyam Caterers expanded beyond Amreli, opening a new branch in Surat in 2014, bringing its legacy of excellence to one of Gujarat’s most vibrant cities.
